USING THE SHOPPING CART: If you are a member of this site and you are logged in your discount will be shown at the shopping cart and most of your account details will be prefilled. After you have added your items to the shopping cart add your postcode and press "Update" so the program can calculate your freight, if you are happy to proceed fill out your details and press send. Payment options will be offered and are also listed below: 

CREDIT CARD: Fill in the details of your credit card, we only accept VISA or Mastercard. You can also call us on 02 8924 4816  to provide your credit card details by phone. Your goods will be dispatched as soon as we recieve your order.

DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT: - Check the "Pay Later" box. We will email you an invoice. Your payment options are on this form.

CHEQUE: Check the "Pay Later" box. We will email your invoice and await your cheque, on clearance we will dispatch the goods.

ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS: Check the "Pay Later" box. The goods will be dispatched the following day and you will be invoiced as per our trading agreement. When you recieve your invoice you can pay on-line by clicking here.

DELIVERY: Our preferred method of delivery is via Courier. We will arrange this delivery for you, the freight charge will be shown on your invoice. When the goods are logged for dispatch you will recieve an email with an estimated arrival time. If you will not be home when the goods are due to arrive you must contact the delivery company to arrange collection or redelivery. If you let us know before booking we will arrange for the goods to be left in a safe place, otherwise a redelivery fee may be charged.
 
WARRANTY: We will replace freight paid or refund the cost of any faulty product that we have supplied when returned freight paid to our address within 30 days of purchase and in the original packaging. The returned goods must have a return authorisation which can be obtained by calling our office during business hours or by email.

MISTAKES: While all efforts are made to check this site for pricing, freight and other errors, inadvertent errors can occur on rare occasions and we reserve the right to modify orders and confirm your acceptance should such an error occur.

1.1           A refund will be paid back to you within 30 days of the cancellation of an order, provided we receive the ordered items back in the same condition in which they were sent including packaging. 
1.2           To cancel an order, please email or call us.

Returns
2.1           If you decide not to keep your purchase, simply inform us within 14 days of receipt and you may exchange or be reimbursed for the full value of the purchase, less the shipping costs. All returns must be sent in their original packaging and received in their original condition. Restocking fees may apply on some or all items.
2.2           The foregoing does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Damaged Goods
3.1           Where you receive the ordered item in a damaged state, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for their replacement. We may require proof of the damage in order to make a claim from our delivery agent.

Delivery Time Frame
4.1           After your order has been received, we will generally check your order and process your payment.  You will be sent an email to confirm that this has been completed and that we have sent your order. The average time for your order to be delivered to you is between 2 - 14 days from confirmation of your order depending on your delivery location and payment details.

Delivery Charges
5.1           Delivery, packaging and insurance charges are calculated based on the item(s), destination address and method of delivery you choose at the checkout stage of purchasing. These charges will be shown to you in the shopping cart. After selecting your items for purchase, proceed to the checkout area and select your delivery options to be presented with your delivery charge amounts.
5.2           Where it is difficult to work out freight charges, a message will appear indicating that we will contact you with freight costs. You can choose to not proceed with the order if the freight charges are not acceptable.

Packing
7.1           All items are packed to a high standard. If you receive any damaged goods, please contact us to arrange a refund/exchange or replacement.

Offer to Purchase Terms
11.1         By placing an order with Accommodation Amenities through an means you are confirming an offer to purchase selected products at the current  prices on the date the order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase for whatever reason including out of date pricing or incorrect pricing, inability to supply stock, incorrect freight calculations or any other reason. We will endeavor to keep our information as accurate as possible however, where a problem occurs, we will contact you and provide you with your options. We will not debit your credit card until we are happy that we can supply your order at a mutually agreed price. Processing of your payment and shipping of the goods indicates our acceptance of your offer to purchase.

11.2         All overdue invoices that extend beyond the agreed trading terms will attract an account keeping charge of 3.5% per month on the unpaid balance. There is also an $85.00 return payment fee for declined cheques or other dishonored transactions.

11.3         In the event of default of payment when due, all costs of collection, including bank fees, legal fees and court costs, shall be paid by the Applicant.
