Shipping & Returns
Where freight is charge we will calculate the freight and email your invoice with freight and GST applied.
Orders are usually shipped same day. You will be notified by email when shipping has occured. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please use the CONTACT link to notify us or call or send an email.
Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Accommodation Amenities. We do not accept returns due to change of mind however if your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your bank account by direct deposit (For this option we will ask you to confirm your prefered direct banking account). All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
Please note that in some cases you may be liable for freight costs as these are third party costs and are dependent on your location. Re-stocking fees may apply in some cases. To initiate a return please contact us with your concerns via the details on our contact page.

And also include the following information:
- Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
